Mary Quiroz, a Certified Public Accountant, joined Hilburn & Lein, CPAs, a full-service accounting firm in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2006. Mary’s desire to help others and make a difference are two of many qualities that make her an outstanding CPA. Whether it’s helping clients make well-informed decisions or performing audits, Mary makes a positive difference. With over ten years of audit and attestation experience in public accounting, HOA property management accounting, and private industry accounting, Mary is a valuable asset to her team.
A Millennium Scholarship recipient, Mary graduated from UNLV with her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2004 and obtained her CPA license in 2012. The proudest moment of her career was passing all four sections of the CPA exam, which was by far the most difficult exam she had ever taken. It takes great mental endurance and resilience to pass the CPA exam and knowing she was able to accomplish this goal was a career milestone. Mary is an active member of AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and the Nevada Society of CPAs. Mary hopes to further her professional education through additional certifications and postgraduate studies in the future.
Mary enjoys watching movies, attending concerts and plays, photography, reading, travelling, kickboxing, hiking, and tennis. She loves spending time with her family and building memories together. Mary resides in Las Vegas with her husband and their two daughters.
